Kate Chapman is a product and engineering platform leader with twenty years of experience across open source, crowdsourcing, humanitarian response, knowledge systems, and supply chains. She co-founded the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team, chaired the OpenStreetMap Foundation, led engineering enablement and the architecture team at the Wikimedia Foundation, and was CTO of Open Supply Hub.

She currently offers fractional technical leadership, AI adoption strategy, open-source governance advisory, and coaching for technical founders.
